STEPHENS AND LANIER MIDDLE SCHOOL, THE DEVELOPMENT HAS ONLY ONE ENTRY EXIT FOR A 64 VEHICLE PARKING LOT. THE SINGLE ENTRY EXIT POINT IS ONLY ABOUT FOUR CAR LENGTHS FROM A MAJOR STREET INTERSECTION THAT IS SNARLED WITH TRAFFIC FOR FIVE HOURS PER DAY, IT WILL WORSEN WHAT IS ALREADY A PROBLEMATIC INTERSECTION FROM A TRAFFIC STANDPOINT. THIS IS IN ADDITION TO MAKING IT NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE DURING FIVE HOURS OUT OF THE DAY, FIVE DAYS PER WEEK TO ENTER OR EXIT OUR DRIVEWAY, WHICH IS ADJACENT TO THE SINGLE ENTRY EXIT POINT OF THE DEVELOPMENT. THIS VARIANCE IN THE ASSOCIATED VEHICLE DENSITY ISSUE THAT WILL RESULT WILL PLAGUE THIS AREA WITH AN EVEN WORSE TRAFFIC PROBLEM THAN IT ALREADY HAS. AS A CRITICAL CARE PHYSICIAN, I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT THERE WILL NOT BE ADEQUATE EMERGENCY VEHICULAR ACCESS TO THE SITE ALONG BOTH STREETS AS THE DEVELOPER STATES IN THEIR APPLICATION FORM, GIVEN THE MULTIPLE ISSUES WITH THE TRAFFIC THAT WILL RESULT. IF THIS DEVELOPMENT IS APPROVED, THIS DEVELOPMENT WILL BE DAMAGING TO THE PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE OF THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOOD, WHICH IS IN DIRECT OPPOSITION TO THE DEVELOPER'S.
