THE APPLICANT PROPOSES A 40 UNIT MULTI-FAMILY DEVELOPMENT.
THE APPLICANT IS REQUESTING AN OFF STREET PARKING VARIANCE TO PROVIDE 43 SPACES ONSITE AS OPPOSED TO THE REQUIRED 48 STAFF RECOMMENDS A THIRD DEFERRAL PER THE APPLICANT'S REQUEST.
THE APPLICANT REVISED THE PROJECT TO ELIMINATE A CURB CUT ALONG ROSALIE AND TO UTILIZE COMPACT SPACES FOR SOME OF THE LAYOUT.
THIS RESULTS IN PROVIDING A LITTLE OVER ONE SPACE PER UNIT WITH NO VEHICULAR CONFLICTS ALONG, ALONG ROSALIE, HOWEVER, IS CURRENTLY SUBMITTED.
