UH, THE ADDRESS IS 2 3 7 0 5 AND TWO THIRDS FAIR LAKE LANE.
UH, THIS IS AN EXTENSION OF THE PREVIOUS, UH, APPLICATION THAT WAS HEARD ON FEBRUARY 26TH.
UH, THIS IS A REQUEST TO ALLOW A, THE CONSTRUCTION OF A CELL TOWER WITHIN THE FALLS, THE FALLS ZONE AREA, UH, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE SET RESIDENTIAL SETBACK AREA.
THE SITE IS LOCATED WITHIN HOUSTON CITY LIMITS SOUTH OF ATCA CITY DRIVE, NORTH OF PAGE STREET AND EAST OF FAIR LAKE LANE.
THE SITE IS CURRENTLY VACANT AND THE APPLICANT IS REQUESTING TO, TO CONSTRUCT A 220 FOOT LATTICE TOWER ON THE SITE.
MR. CHAIR, TODAY'S SETBACK REQUIREMENT IS ONE AND A HALF TIMES THE HEIGHT OF THE TOWER.
THE TOWER IS CURRENTLY PROPOSED TO BE 234 FEET FROM THE NEAREST RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE, AND THE ORDINANCE REQUIRES 330 FEET AFTER COORDINATION WITH THE APPLICANT.
THE APPLICANT HAS REQUESTED A DEFERRAL AND STAFF WOULD LIKE TO RECOMMEND A TOWER COMMISSION DATE OF MAY 20, 20, 24.
THAT CONCLUDES MY PRESENTATION.
UH, UH, WITHOUT DISCUSSING THIS MATTER TOO MUCH, UH, THEY'RE ASKING FOR A 60 DAY.
IS THAT SIXTIES, R ROUGHLY GIVE GIVE ROUGHLY A 60 DAY DELAY FOR FURTHER CONSIDERATION.
UH, DO ANY OF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH, UH, DELAYING THE 60 DAYS? IT'S, IT'S MY UNDERSTANDING THEY'RE, THEY'RE WORKING WITH, UH, UH, NOT ONLY THE RESIDENTS, BUT, UH, OUR, THEIR COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVES.
