IF IT'S, UM, CURRENTLY BEING MAINTAINED BY TDOT, THEN IT WOULD CONTINUE TO BE MAINTAINED BY TXDOT, BUT I WOULD THINK THAT IT WOULD PROBABLY END UP WITH THE CITY.

SO THEY, THEY WILL HAVE TO GET THAT APPROVAL, THEY'LL HAVE TO BUILD IT TO WHATEVER SPECS DEEM APPROPRIATE AND THEN CONVEY IT OVER TO THE PUBLIC ENTITY.
