AND EVENTUALLY BECAME THE DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF THE PUBLIC WORKS AND ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT OVER, UH, DEVELOPMENT SERVICES AND DEVELOPMENT ISSUES. AND HE KNOWS MORE ABOUT INFRASTRUCTURE, UH, PARTICULARLY WATER INFRASTRUCTURE THAN ANYBODY I HAVE EVER MET. BUT WE'RE ASSURED THAT WE HAVE THE RIGHT BASIS OF IN INFRASTRUCTURE THAT WE NEED GOING INTO THE, YOU KNOW, WAY, WAY, JUST IN FUTURE, UM, IMPACT FEES, DEVELOPER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENTS, THESE ARE ALL THINGS THAT PAUL NELSON HELPED TO ENGINEER AND CRAFT, AND THE CITY AND ALL OF US OWE YOU A HUGE, HUGE DEBT.
