STANFORD STREET IS CURRENTLY A 50 FOOT MINOR COLLECTOR SUFFICIENT AT 60 FEET.
THE APPLICANT HAS PROVIDED FIVE FEET OF RIGHT OF WAY WIDENING AND IN RETURN HAS REQUESTED A REDUCED FIVE FOOT BUILDING LINE.
AFTER THE FIVE FOOT RIGHT OF WAY DEDICATION, THERE WILL BE A 20 FOOT PEDESTRIAN REALM WITH SEVEN FOOT SIDEWALKS AND A FIVE FOOT LANDSCAPING BUFFER WITH FOUR INCH CALIBER STREET TREES.

THE PEDESTRIAN RAM ALONG HYDE PARK IS 20 FEET FROM THE BACK OF THE CURB TO THE FACADE AND THE BUILDING AND THE, EXCUSE ME, THE PEDESTRIAN REALM ALONG HYDE PARK IS 20 FEET FROM THE BACK OF THE CURB TO THE FACADE.

THE EXCESS TRAFFIC THIS HOTEL WOULD GENERATE BETWEEN GUESTS, EMPLOYEES, UBERS, CABS, ET CETERA, AT ALL HOURS.
THESE ARE NOT MAJOR STREETS, AS YOU'VE HEARD.
THEY ARE INTERNAL NEIGHBORHOOD STREETS.
THERE ARE MORE SUITABLE LOCATIONS NEARBY THAT DON'T REQUIRE VARIANCES AND THAT DO NOT NEGATIVELY IMPACT AN EXISTING RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD.

UH, AND SINCE LEARNING MORE ABOUT THE PROJECT, I WANT TO VOICE MY STRONG SUPPORT FOR THE PROJECT.
UH, THE DEVELOPERS PROVIDING AN AMENITY FOR OUR COMMUNITY AND OFFERING IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PEDESTRIAN REALM, WHICH ARE VERY HEAVILY NEEDED IN THE AVONDALE NEIGHBORHOOD.
