DIRECTOR DIAZ, UM, IS ALSO JOINED BY SHERRY MATTHEW, THE PROJECT MAN MANAGER AND SENIOR ARCHITECT FROM JACOBS. SO, WE'RE VERY EXCITED THAT YOU BOTH ARE HERE TODAY AND WE ARE READY FOR YOUR PRESENTATION. WE DON'T, MADAM CHAIR, MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE, UH, WE'RE VERY, VERY PLEASED TO BE HERE THIS AFTERNOON TO SHARE WITH YOU TWO, UH, WHAT WE CONSIDER EXCITING PRESENTATIONS. THE FIRST IS THE CHAIR SAID IS THE LAND USE PLAN FOR THE SPACEPORT. THAT'S BEEN COMPLETED. NOW WE'RE MOVING FORWARD WITH IT. AND THE SECOND IS AN UPDATE, A QUARTERLY CONTINUING UPDATE OF THE STATUS OF THE INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM THAT WE O OTHERWISE KNOW AS I TRIPP. UM, AND LET ME JUST MAKE SOME INTRODUCTIONS, UH, BEFORE GOING FURTHER AS THE CHAIR SAID. UH, NEXT TO ME IS, IS SHERRY MATTHEWS WITH JACOBS, UM, THAT, UH, ACTUALLY LED THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE MASTER ULA MA, THE USE LAND USE PLAN. AND WITH HER, UM, IS JOHN NADEN OF JACOBS. WE ALSO HAVE, OF COURSE, ARTURO MACHUCA, THE MANAGER OF OWEN AIRPORT, AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE SPACEPORT. AND WE HAVE GIOVANNI OSORIO, WHO IS THE PROJECT MANAGER FROM INFRASTRUCTURE THAT LED, UM, THE, THE, THE, THE WORK FROM OUR SIDE. UM, JUST BY WAY OF BACKGROUND, UM, AND INTRODUCTION, YOU MAY RECALL THAT IN JUNE OF 2015, THE CITY RECEIVED A LICENSE TO OPERATE THE 10TH LICENSE, UH, SPACEPORT IN THE UNITED STATES. AND FROM THAT POINT FORWARD, THE NEXT STEP WAS TO DETERMINE THE MARKETABILITY OF A SPACEPORT AT ELLINGTON. AND FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS, WE DID SOME MARKETING AND WE TESTED THE WATERS, AND WE CAME TO FIND OUT THAT THERE WAS SUFFICIENT, UM, INTEREST IN THE SITE AND THE IDEA, THE CONCEPT TO PROCEED FORWARD TO THE NEXT STEP. WHAT WAS THAT NEXT STEP? WE TOOK A THIRD OF THE SITE OF ROUGHLY 450 ACRES, THE THIRD 150 ACRES, AND WE PUT IN THE INFRASTRUCTURE FOR WHAT WE CALLED PHASE ONE. IT MEANT THE ELECTRICAL POWER, IT MEANT THE GAS, IT MEANT THE ROADWAYS, UM, THE DRAINAGE DITCHES, THE ALL OF THE, UM, FIBER THAT WE NEEDED, UH, SIDEWALKS, ROADWAYS, SIDE PADS, EVERYTHING THAT WE NEEDED. AND WE MADE AN INVESTMENT IN THE TOWER. WE, YOU WOULD CALL, WE REPLACED THE TOWER AT ELLINGTON THAT MADE IT A STATE OF THE ART, A TOWER WHERE WE COULD TRANSFER, UM, FLIGHTS THAT WERE COMING ACTUALLY FROM SPACE IN THE SAME TOWER, RIGHT TO THE LANDING ZONE ON THE RUNWAY. AND, UH, WE PROCEEDED WITH THAT DEVELOPMENT. WE WERE WILDLY SUCCESSFUL BEYOND WHAT WE REALLY HAD EVER THOUGHT, UH, WE COULD MAKE HAPPEN. AND SO NOW WE'RE AT A POINT WHERE WE HAVE SUFFICIENT INTEREST AND WE'LL TALK ABOUT THOSE INTERESTS IN A SECOND, IN THE FIRST PHASE, FIRST PHASE THAT WE NOW HAVE NEED TO START MOVING IN, DEVELOPING A PLAN, A LAND USE PLAN FOR THE REST OF THIS SITE. THAT'S WHAT WE'RE HERE TO PRESENT. AND SO WITHOUT, UM, FURTHER, UM, HESITATION, I'LL LIKE TURN IT OVER TO SHERRY AND HAVE, HAVE, UH, HER WORK US [00:05:01] THROUGH IT. PERFECT. THANK YOU. UM, IF YOU'LL GO TO THE NEXT SLIDE, WE'LL START. THAT'S IT. PERFECT. PERFECT. YES, THANK YOU SO MUCH. SO, LIKE MARIO WAS MENTIONING, THE LAND USE PLAN REALLY IS OUR VISION AND HOW WE'RE GONNA MOVE FORWARD WITH THE HOUSTON SPACE PORT. AND WHAT WE WANNA DO IS JUST BUILD ON THE PHASE ONE AND SEE HOW WE CAN EXPAND THIS DEVELOPMENT TO ITS FULL ENTIRE CAMPUS. AND WHEN WE START OUR JOURNEY DESIGN WISE, WE ALWAYS START WITH THE VISION STATEMENT. AND WHAT, WHAT THAT HAPPENS IS BASICALLY WE MAKE EVERY DECISION BASED ON THIS VISION STATEMENT AND MAKE SURE THAT WE'RE ROOTED IN THOSE, UM, ORIGINAL FOUNDATIONS THAT WE STARTED WITH. AND ANY FUTURE CONVERSATION ACTUALLY CIRCLES AROUND THAT. SO THE VISION STATEMENT FOR US IS THE HOUSTON SPACE PORT WILL SERVE AS A CATALYST TO BRING A WIDE RANGE OF AEROSPACE RELATED INDUSTRIES, RESEARCH AND EDUCATION TO THE CITY OF HOUSTON WHILE CONNECTING THE CITY TO THE REST OF THE WORLD. NEXT SLIDE. AND WHAT WE WANNA START WITH TOO, WE HAVE PHASE ONE DEVELOPMENT. WE DEFINITELY DON'T WANNA IGNORE THE EXISTING TENANTS THAT WE HAVE TODAY. AT THE TOP OF THE SCREEN, YOU'LL SEE AXIOM, AND THEY'RE LOCATED AT THE TOP TOWARDS THE CAMPUS, AND THEY'RE UNDER CONSTRUCTION TOWARDS THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN. AND PARCEL THREE, WE HAVE COLLINS AEROSPACE, AND SO THEY'RE ALREADY OCCUPYING THE BUILDING. AND THEN WE HAVE INTUITIVE MACHINES, UM, TO THE RIGHT OF THE SCREEN. AND YOU'LL ALSO BE ABLE TO SEE THAT IN A LARGER VERSION TO MY RIGHT TOO FOR THE EXISTING CAMPUS AS WE HAVE IT TODAY. AND WHAT YOU'LL SEE AND WHY THIS IS IMPORTANT IS BECAUSE BASICALLY BECAUSE WE ARE BUILDING ON TO PHASE ONE AND THE SUCCESS THAT WE'VE ALREADY HAD, WE WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT WE DIDN'T FORGET THOSE TENANTS, THAT WE WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT WE COMPLIMENTED WHAT THEY HAD AND THEIR INVESTMENTS THAT THEY'VE ALREADY BROUGHT TO THE SPACEPORT. AND THEN WE CAN JUST REALLY CONTINUE THOSE ON AND BUILD UPON IT TO WHEN WE'RE ATTRACTING NEW TENANTS. ALSO, WHAT YOU'LL SEE TOO ON THIS SCREEN IS BASICALLY WE HAVE, UH, THE AEROSPACE INSTITUTE, WHICH IS IN THE CENTER BETWEEN COLLINS AEROSPACE TOWARDS THE SOUTH, AND AXIOM TOWARDS THE NORTH. AND WHAT THAT IS, IS REALLY SPEAKING TO THE, THE, NOT ONLY ARE WE HAVING AEROSPACE RELATED INDUSTRIES, LIKE WE MENTIONED IN THE VISION STATEMENT, BUT ALSO EDUCATION AND TRAINING, WORKFORCE TRAINING BEING A VERY BIG PART OF THIS WITH JOBS AND EDUCATION. AND SO WE HAVE THE AEROSPACE INSTITUTE IN PHASE ONE, AND THEN ALSO WE'VE ALLOTTED A PARCEL FOR TEXAS SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY. AND THAT WAS TOWARDS THE, UM, NEXT TO AXIOM ON THERE. AND WHY WE WANNA POINT THESE OUT IS MAINLY JUST TO REALLY REITERATE THE SUCCESS THAT WE'VE HAD ON PHASE ONE AND HOW WE WANNA EVOLVE THAT INTO THE FUTURE PHASES. NEXT SLIDE. AND SO WHAT YOU'LL SEE HERE TOO IS BASICALLY WE START WITH A SIDE ANALYSIS. RIGHT NOW, PHASE ONE IS BEING BUILT AND, AND IN THE PROCESS OF CONSTRUCTION AND INFRASTRUCTURE, BUT THE REST OF THE SPACEPORT CAMPUS IS REALLY A GREENFIELD. AND SO WHAT WE WANNA MAKE SURE IS THAT WE'RE MAKING THE RIGHT DECISIONS AS WE MOVE WITH, UM, TO THE, FROM THE EAST TO THE WEST OF THE DEVELOPMENT. AND WITH THAT, WE REALLY START TO LOOK AT THE SITE CONSTRAINTS AND HOW WE CAN TURN THOSE INTO OPPORTUNITIES FOR FUTURE TENANTS THAT ARE COMING TO THE CAMPUS AND ALSO THE COMMUNITY, UM, THAT WOULD WANT TO VISIT THE CAMPUS AS WELL. SO ONE THING THAT WE WANNA START ON IS DRAINAGE. DRAINAGE IS A BIG ISSUE IN HOUSTON. WE NEED TO MAKE SURE WE HAVE ENOUGH OUT OF IT AND WE NEED TO MAKE SURE IT'S ADEQUATE FOR THE FULL BUILD OUT. AND SO THIS MEANS THAT WE NEED TO, UH, REALLY SET ASIDE PARCELS OF LAND FOR DETENTION AND DRAINAGE AND MAKING SURE THAT WE HAVE THOSE SET ASIDE SO THAT WHEN THE CAMPUS IS BUILT OUT, WE AREN'T COMPROMISING OURSELVES IN THE FUTURE. AND WE WANNA RESPECT THE PHASE ONE DETENTION POND, AS YOU'LL SEE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN. AND THEN YOU'LL ALSO SEE THERE'S, UH, A CHANNEL AT THE DUAL BOTTOM TOWARDS THE SCREEN, AS WELL AS A CHANNEL THAT BISECTS THE CAMPUS. SO AGAIN, ALL OF THESE ARE VERY IMPORTANT FOR DRAINAGE AND WE WANNA MAKE SURE THAT WE'RE COGNIZANT OF IT. ALSO, YOU'LL SEE THERE'S A FAULT HAZARD ZONE. IT'S THE GREEN SQUIGGLY LINE THAT KIND OF GOES TO THE SIDE OF IT FROM EAST TO WEST. AND WHAT THIS IS, IS BASICALLY IT'S A ZONE WHERE THERE'S A LITTLE BIT OF EARTH MOVEMENT AND YOU REALLY CAN'T BUILD VERTICAL INFRASTRUCTURE SUCCESSFULLY, SO NO BUILDINGS. AND YOU CAN DO HORIZONTAL INFRASTRUCTURE WITH THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF EXPANSION. AND SO WHAT WE SEE THERE, SO YOU COULD HAVE ROADWAYS AND, UM, SURFACE PARKING LOTS, BUT WE REALLY WANTED TO RESPECT THOSE BOUNDARIES AND HAVE AN EASEMENT AROUND THAT FAULT HAZARD ZONE SO THAT WE AREN'T COMPROMISING ANY BUILDINGS IN THE FUTURE. AND WHEN WE SAW THAT, YOU SEE THAT THESE ARE SITE CONSTRAINTS, AND WE WANNA MAKE SURE THAT WE REALLY TURN THESE INTO OPPORTUNITIES. SO WHAT [00:10:01] WE LIKE TO CALL IS GREEN INFRASTRUCTURE. SO THESE O THESE DRAINAGE AREAS, THESE DETENTION PONDS, THIS FAULT HAZARD ZONE REALLY BECOMES AN OPEN SPACE FOR LOW IMPACT DEVELOPMENT. AND THEN ALSO, UH, PARKS, COMMUNITY WALKWAYS, THINGS THAT THE COMMUNITY CAN START TO VISIT WHEN THEY COME WITH THE REALLY NICE, UM, AMENITIES. ALSO FOR TENANTS WHEN THEY HAVE WALKING PATHS DURING THE DAY OR IF THEY'RE DOING LONG HOURS. WE ALSO HAVE, UM, WE STARTED GOING INTO REALLY HOW WE WANNA ARRANGE THE SITE. SO, UH, TAXIWAY LIMA ISN'T CONSTRUCTED YET, BUT PLANNED. AND THEN, SO THAT MAKES SURE THAT WE HAVE AIRSIDE FACILITIES, SO THAT WOULD BE R AND D MANUFACTURING, UM, LABORATORIES THAT WOULD NEED RUNWAY ACCESS. AND SO WE WANNA MAKE SURE THAT THAT'S EASY FOR THEM, AND THOSE ARE GONNA BE YOUR LARGER PARCEL. SO THEY'RE GONNA HAVE THE LARGEST PIECES OF LAND AT THIS POINT. AND THEN ALSO WE WANNA INTRODUCE OFFICE AND TENANT SPACES, LIKE I MENTIONED, REALLY, YOU KNOW, AEROSPACE RELATED INDUSTRIES AS YOU'RE GONNA BE DOING JOBS. SO WE WANNA MAKE SURE THAT WE HAVE ENOUGH SPACE ALLOTTED FOR THOSE, UH, SMALLER TENANTS THAT MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS A WHOLE BUILDING OR A HANGAR. AND SO I'LL GO TO THE NEXT ONE AND REALLY TALK ABOUT MORE ABOUT THE INFRASTRUCTURE. SO YOU CAN SEE HERE, UH, WE TALKED ABOUT DRAINAGE A LOT AND THE SITE CONSTRAINTS. THE NEXT PHASE WAS REALLY LOOKING AT THE INFRASTRUCTURE ROADWAYS. WHAT IS THE TRAFFIC IMPACT? WHAT IS THE POWER IMPACT? WHAT IS THAT FIBER? AND SO WHEN WE STARTED TO LOOK INTO UTILITIES, WE STARTED TO LOOK AT, UM, POWER. AND TODAY IS PLAN. WE STARTED TO MEET WITH CENTER 0.2 TO TALK ABOUT THE FUTURE AS WE BUILD FROM EAST TO WEST. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN TENANTS COME ON? ARE WE GONNA HAVE ENOUGH POWER FOR THEM? WELL, IN OUR CONVERSATIONS, IT LOOKS LIKE WE WILL HAVE ENOUGH FOR THE NEXT FIVE TO 10 YEARS, UH, WITH, WITH A LITTLE BIT OF CONSTRUCTION. BUT WHAT'S GREAT ABOUT HAVING THESE CONVERSATIONS EARLY IS THAT WE'VE ALREADY STARTED THE PLANS. THEY ARE WELL AWARE OF IT. AND, UM, AND SO THAT'S VERY EXCITING THAT WE CAN ACCOMMODATE TENANTS AS THEY COME ON WITHOUT HAVING TO TURN THEM AWAY. AND THEN WE LOOK AT ROADWAYS. ROADWAYS ARE OUR BIG HEART TO THE CAMPUS BECAUSE REALLY TODAY YOU HAVE ONE MAIN ENTRY INTO THE SPACEPORT. AND SO WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE WANT TO EXPAND FROM EAST TO WEST? HOW DO WE GET ACCESS TO THOSE, UH, TO THOSE AIRSIDE DEVELOPMENTS? HOW DO WE GET ACCESS TO THOSE FUTURE DETENTION PONDS? AND SO WHAT WE STARTED TO LOOK AT WAS A ROADWAY NETWORK WHERE, UH, NOT ONLY WOULD YOU BE, UM, ABLE TO CONNECT SPACEPORTS BOULEVARD BY TAKING A ROADWAY THROUGH THE CAMPUS ALL THE WAY FROM SPACEPORT CENTER BOULEVARD UP TO THE NORTH OF THE CAMPUS, AND THEN OVER TO HIGHWAY THREE SO THAT WE, UH, THAT WE COULD HAVE ACCESS THROUGH THE SITE WHILE WAITING FOR THE FUTURE BYPASS ON I 45. SO THAT WAY WE WOULD BE USING CITY OF HOUSTON, UM, DEVELOPMENT. IT WOULDN'T HAVE TO DO AS MUCH FOR THE THIRD PARTY, UH, EASEMENTS. AND THEN ALSO, SO THAT REALLY STARTED TO, UM, SHOW US WHERE WE COULD HAVE THAT NORTH ROAD. AND THEN WE STARTED TO BRING IN A CENTRAL BOULEVARD. AND WHAT YOU SEE THERE IS IT GOES STRAIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE OF THE SPACEPORT CAMPUS. WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS IS THAT WE CAN HAVE OPPORTUNITIES FOR PRO ART PROGRAM, PUBLIC BRANDING, REALLY ACCENTUATING WHAT THE SPACE PORT IS AND WHAT THAT MEANS TO THE CITY OF HOUSTON. AND THEN HAVING, UM, PEOPLE ACTUALLY BE ABLE TO ACCESS FROM ONE END OF THE SITE TO THE OTHER AS WE BUILD. AND THEN ALSO YOU'LL SEE, UM, NOT ONLY ON PHASE ONE CONSTRUCTION, BUT WE ALSO HAVE, UH, MORE LANDSIDE MANUFACTURING IN ORANGE THAN WE STARTED TO HIGHLIGHT THE REAL ESTATE. AND YOU'LL SEE IN GREEN THE OFFICE BUILDINGS, UM, THAT I MENTIONED PREVIOUSLY. AND SO WE'LL GO TO THE NEXT SLIDE AND WE'LL TALK A LITTLE BIT MORE. SO HERE IT IS, THE FINALE . SO THIS IS WHAT OUR WHOLE JOURNEY HAS BEEN BUILDING UP TO. WHAT DOES THIS LAND USE PLAN LOOK LIKE? AND LIKE I SAID, A LOT OF THIS IS GREENFIELD. PHASE ONE HAS ALREADY BEEN PLANNED. UH, THE EDUCATIONAL BUILDINGS ARE BEING SET ASIDE FOR TRACKS FOR LAND FOR THOSE, BUT WE WANNA MAKE SURE THAT WE HAVE THOSE TENANTS, UM, ACCOMMODATED. AND WHAT YOU'LL SEE TOO IS AXIOM COLLINS AND INTUITIVE MACHINES ALSO HAS LEASE OPTIONS ADJACENT TO THEIR EXISTING PARCELS TODAY. AND SO THEY HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO MOVE INTO THOSE PARCELS AS WELL. AGAIN, NOT TAKING AWAY FROM PHASE ONE EXISTING TENANTS, BUT REALLY RESPECTING WHAT THEIR, UM, PREVIOUS AGREEMENTS WERE. AND THEN YOU'LL START TO SEE, SO WE HAVE AIRSIDE WITH THE ROADWAY ACCESS OR RUNWAY ACCESS FROM TAXIWAY LIMA. THEN YOU SEE ALL OF THE GREEN INFRASTRUCTURE THAT WE STARTED TO IMPLEMENT WHERE TENANTS CAN START TO HAVE AMENITIES. AND IF YOU LOOK AT THE CENTRAL PART OF THE CAMPUS, WE ALSO HAVE, UH, THOSE OFFICE BUILDINGS. AND WHAT YOU'LL SEE THERE IS MAINLY, UM, ON THE PREVIOUS SLIDE, WE HAD A FOUR MINUTE WALKING RADIUS. AND SO WHAT WE WANNA DO IS MAKE SURE THAT TENANTS CAN ACTUALLY ACCESS THE SITE SAFELY. WE CAN MINIMIZE SURFACE PARKING. AND THEN ALSO REALLY THIS PARKING GARAGE IS BUILT IN A PLACE IN THE, UM, CAMPUS WHERE IT CAN GO ABOUT AS TALL AS WE NEED IT TO GO. LUCKILY [00:15:01] 'CAUSE OF, UM, EVEN WITH FAA REQUIREMENTS. AND SO WE CAN EARN TO ADD RETAIL, REALLY DEVELOP MIXED USE FACILITY AND START TO BRING ANOTHER AMENITY TO THE TENANTS WITH CONTRACTING THEM TO THE CAMPUS. UM, THAT'S HAP WITH, WITH TRAFFIC IMPACTS THAT OCCUR. SO ONE OF THE ELEMENTS THAT, AGAIN, IS NOT VERY, YOU KNOW, UM, SEXY SO TO SPEAK, BUT IS PRETTY IMPORTANT. AND ONE OF THE ELEMENTS THAT I'M REALLY PROUD OF IS THIS RADIO, UH, INTERMEDIATE DISTRIBUTION FRAME. IT'S BASICALLY A RADIO TOWER THAT HAS THE BACKUP FOR HARRIS COUNTY'S, UH, CRITICAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE. IT COVERS ABOUT 25,000 RADIO, UH, SUBSCRIBERS AND, YOU KNOW, 1700 SQUARE MILES. THIS WAS ON TOP OF THE DE PARKING GARAGE THAT WE DEMOLISHED. AND SO WE HAD TO MOVE IT, UM, AND RELOCATE IT TO MAKE IT OPERATIONAL. UM, AND IT WAS ONE OF THE MOST IMPRESSIVE, UM, COLLABORATIVE EFFORTS BETWEEN FEDERAL, LOCAL AND, UH, OUR CONSTRUCTION PARTNERS. SO REALLY IMPRESSIVE PIECE OF WORK THAT OPENED IN FEBRUARY THIS YEAR, AND IT CAME IN AND, UH, $800,000 UNDER BUDGET, UM, AND WAS CLOSED OUT AND APPROVED BY CITY COUNCIL A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO. AND SO VERY, VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE TEAM THERE. NEXT SLIDE PLEASE. ANOTHER ELEMENT OF ENABLING WORKS THAT'S COMPLETE IS THE REGIONAL DETENTION POND. THIS IS A COLLABORATIVE EFFORT WITH HARRIS COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT. THIS IS CREATED TO HELP MITIGATE SOME OF THE, AND, AND DETAIN SOME OF THE WATER THAT RUNS OFF FROM THE AIRFIELD. WE DON'T HAVE, UM, THAT MUCH FLOODING ACTUALLY ON THE AIRPORT PROPERTY, BUT AROUND AND SURROUNDING AREAS AROUND THE AIRPORT PROPERTY WE DO HAVE. AND SO WHAT THIS DOES IS IT'LL CAPTURE A NUMBER, UH, YOU KNOW, A LARGE PORTION OF THAT RUNOFF, UM, FROM THE NORTHERN PART OF THE AIRPORT, UM, AND DETAIN IT. IT'S A VERY, VERY BIG, UH, SPACE. AS YOU CAN SEE, IT'S 50 ACRE FEET. IT'S ABOUT 5 MILLION, UH, CUBIC FEET OF, UM, OF WATER THAT IT CAN HOLD. UM, AND IT'S ALREADY BEEN IN OPERATION AND IT'S BEEN WORKING WELL. SO, ANOTHER GREAT PIECE OF, UM, EARLY EIGHT. NOTHING REALLY SPECIAL, BUT HUGELY CRITICAL TO THE WORK THAT WE'RE DOING. NEXT SLIDE, PLEASE. WHAT YOU'RE SEEING IN THE LEFT HAND PHOTO THAT IS THE, UM, FOUNDATION FOOTPRINT FOR ONE OF THE TANKS, YOU CAN SEE THE SHEAR SIZE AND SCALE OF IT. AND THEN ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE YOU CAN SEE THE, SOME OF THE STRUCTURE WORK BEING PUT TOGETHER. UM, AND THIS, THIS PROJECT IS GONNA MAKE A SUBSTANTIAL DIFFERENCE TO THE AIRPORT, BOTH IN TERMS OF RESILIENCY, BUT ALSO IN TERMS OF, UM, JUST BEING ABLE TO HAVE, YOU KNOW, A NICE, RELIABLE AND, AND ROBUST SYSTEM IN PLACE. AND THEN WE HAVE OUR ANNUAL PMSS APPROPRIATION HAPPENING AT THE END OF THIS YEAR AROUND OCTOBER. UM, AND THEN WE'VE GOT AN AGREEMENT WITH THE AIRLINES THAT WHEN WE RELOCATE THEM FROM TERMINAL D INTO THE NEW CENTRAL PROCESSOR, UH, WE'LL PAY, UH, UP TO A CAP OF THEIR MOVING FEES.
