SHE STARTED HER PUBLIC SEAS SERVICE ON DECEMBER 10TH, 1986, STARTING WITH THE CONTROLLER'S OFFICE, AND THEN SHE WORKED FOR THE MUNICIPAL PLANT CHANNEL, NOW KNOWN AS HTV FOR SIX YEARS BEFORE SHE BEGAN WORKING FOR US IN 1998.

SHE HAS WORKED VERY HARD AND EFFECTIVELY AS OUR

AFTER THE STRUCTURE WAS DEMOLISHED, THE OWNER START TO CONSTRUCT A ONE STORY RETAIL BUILDING WITHOUT A PERMIT.

IN 2015, THE CONSTRUCTION WAS STOPPED BY PLANNING DEPARTMENT AT THAT TIME, THE MAIN STRUCTURE OF THE BUILDING WAS COMPLETE.

THEREFORE, THE APPLICANT REQUEST RENT TO ALLOW THE NEW STRUCTURE TO HAVE A ZERO FULL DUAL BUILDING LINE ALONG GRAY STREET.

THE PLANNING COMMISSION GRANT, THE REQUESTED DUAL BUILDING LINE RENTS SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS THAT THE PROPERTY OWNERS, UH, PROVIDE PEDESTRIAN FRIENDLY ELEMENTS ACCORDING TO THE SITE PLAN SUBMITTED AT THAT TIME.

SINCE THE PLANNING COMMISSION GRANT THE RENTS IN 2016, THE PROPERTY OWNERS CONTINUE TO CONSTRUCT A ONE STORY STRUCTURE WITHOUT RECORDING THE PLA.
