MOTION by Council Member Gonzalez/Seconded by Council Member Adams to adopt recommendation from Director Department of Public Works and Engineering for approval of final contract amount of $5,316,612.50 and acceptance of work on contract with INDUSTRIAL TX CORP. for Groundwater Treatment Plants Improvements Package 1; Jersey Village, District 123, Acres Homes and Sims Bayou - 1.31% under the original contract amount - DISTRICTS B 23.MOTION by Council Member Gonzalez/Seconded by Council Member Adams to adopt recommendation from Director Department of Public Works and Engineering for approval of final contract amount of $7,936,180.19 and acceptance of work on contract with TOTAL CONTRACTING LIMITED for Aldine Westfield Paving and Drainage: Tidwell to Little York 0.67% under the original contract amount - DISTRICTS B
