(Item 64) ORDINANCE approving and authorizing first amendment to Lease Agreement between, HOUSTON AQUARIUM, INC., as tenant ("Tenant"), and the City of Houston, Texas, as landlord (the "City"), consisting of 0.4383 (19,092 square feet) of land, formerly known as the Fire Alarm Building, Houston, Harris County, Texas, for redevelopment as an entertainment, retail, education, exhibit and/or restaurant use facility - Revenue. (Item 41) ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2007-0736 relating to the fiscal affairs of the Main Street/Market Square Redevelopment Authority on behalf of REINVESTMENT ZONE NUMBER THREE, CITY OF HOUSTON, TEXAS (MAIN STREET/MARKET SQUARE ZONE); approving a second amendment of the Fiscal Year 2008 Operating Budget for the Authority. (Item 40) ORDINANCE enlarging the boundaries of REINVESTMENT ZONE NUMBER THREE, CITY OF HOUSTON, TEXAS. (Item 40a) ORDINANCE approving a Fourth Amended Project Plan and Reinvestment Zone Financing Plan for REINVESTMENT ZONE NUMBER THREE, CITY OF HOUSTON, TEXAS (MAIN STREET/MARKET SQUARE ZONE); authorizing the City Secretary to distribute such plans; determining the portion of tax increment the City will pay from the area annexed into the zone.
